Default TCOC website

Is it my PC or my broadband (O2 Mobile) that is at fault or is the TCOC website faulty? It redirects then comes up with an error? (access denied)

It looks like O2 Broadband take it on themselves to be our moral policemen, they block sites with no public consultation, the tcoc.ie site is one of these, when I try to call it I get the error:

"HTTP 403 Error - Access denied
For further information, please go to www.o2.ie/childprotection."

While I am all for stopping bad stuff on the net, I do think it is a bit high handed to block access to sites before any official complaint is made. I have sent a mail to O2 about this, do any of you use O2 broadband and get the same problem?

Hmmm can you try this address www.grou.ps/tcoc and let me know if that works. The 403 message is likely to be a firewall or antivirus intervention on either your PC or O2.

Still the same result, have got a mail back from O2 - must send on details of my account etc and see what happens, seems they block sites blacklisted by some international internet watchdog body regardless of whether they are genuinely bad or not..
